Private Pay Services

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a $25 fee. 

Appointment setting can be changed at any time without penalty (i.e. in-person appointment changed to virtual). 

Payment of 50% is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or card for remaining balance.

We do not accept insurance at this time. Some insurance companies will reimburse for visits with a registered dietitian if you submit a paid bill of receipt. Asking your doctor to prescribe "nutrition counseling" for your specific condition before your first session may increase likelihood of insurance reimbursement. 

Gift certificates are also available for purchase. Please message us for more information. 

Many of our clients prefer to meet virtually but we also offer availability at our dedicated home-office.
